New Pricing plans
Beginning 1 January 2026, customers will be able to choose between two updated pricing plans: Starter and Pro. These replace the previous pricing plans.
Starter plan
The Starter plan is designed especially for newly established companies, offering just the right amount of functionality to meet their early-stage needs. While it follows the principles of our existing Smart Prepaid plan, its features are specifically tailored to support new entrepreneurs.
Billing works on the same transaction-based model as before, meaning you only pay for the software when you actually use it. This unique, flexible approach remains unchanged.
Pro plan
The Pro plan is the enhanced version of our former Smart Monthly plan. It is best for actively operating companies with more demanding day-to-day accounting needs.
In addition to existing features, Pro includes three new and valuable tools designed with busy entrepreneurs in mind:
- Convenient side-by-side preview for purchase invoices
- Allocation of expenses
- Automatic reminders for unpaid invoices

What happens to the Smart Prepaid plan?
While new companies will no longer be able to select the Smart Prepaid plan, we wish to honour the loyalty of our existing customers. Therefore, companies created before 1 January 2026 may continue using the Smart Prepaid plan or switch to the Pro plan, depending on their needs.

Summary

- Your company will remain on the Smart Prepaid plan with its existing functionality. The price list will be updated.
My company is currently on the Fixed monthly fee plan
- As of 1 January 2026, the Fixed monthly fee plan will be renamed Pro. Three new features will be added, and the price list will change.
I am adding a new business starting from 1 January 2026
- For new companies, the Starter plan will be the most suitable option.

FAQ – price and pricing plans
When does the new price list take effect?
The new price list takes effect on 1 January 2026.
Can I still purchase entries at the old price until then?
Yes. Until (and including) 31 December 2025, you may purchase entries at the old rate. Prepaid entries can be used whenever you need them.
What happens to prepaid entries?
They will remain on your account even after the new price list takes effect and can be used at any time.
Can I order a prepayment invoice for several consecutive periods at the old price?
Yes, you may. For example, if you order a two-year prepayment invoice on 1 December 2025, it will cover 01.12.2025–30.11.2026 and 01.12.2026–30.11.2027. In this case, the new price list would only apply starting in 2027.
What is the difference between the Smart Prepaid and Starter?
The current Smart Prepaid will no longer be available to new companies. It is replaced by the Starter plan, which is similar in nature but includes different functionalities tailored specifically for new entrepreneurs.

Who can continue using the Smart Prepaid plan?
Only companies created before 1 January 2026. Companies added after that date may choose only between Starter and Pro.
I already have one company using the Smart Prapaid . Why can’t I choose it for my new company?
Because starting from 1 January 2026, the Smart Prepaid package is available only to companies created before that date.
What if I need to calculate payroll for more than one employee in the Starter?
In that case, you will need to switch to the Pro plan, which includes full payroll functionality. The Pro package also offers three additional tools: automatic reminders for unpaid invoices, invoice side-by-side document preview, and expense allocation.
I’m currently on the Smart Monthly plan. Do I need to do anything on 1 January 2026?
No action is required. Your plan will simply be renamed Pro. You will also gain access to new features designed for actively operating businesses.
