SmartAccounts is the first accounting software in Estonia to release it's very own app. With it, keeping an eye on your expenses has never been easier. The app works on all newer smartphones and tablets running on Android.*
How it works?
1. Take a photo of a receipt
Use a well lit space or the flash to get a good readable picture.
2. Add a comment and push send
Add an optional comment about the nature of the expense and send it to SmartAccounts.
3. The receipt is visible in SmartAccounts
Added receipt photos are immediately displayed in ``Purchase/Sales -> Pending purchases``.
4. Save the purchase invoice
You can group the receipt photos to form a single purchase invoice or enter them as seprate invoices. The uploaded picture is conveniently displayed while you enter invoice row data on the form.
5. Done!

* This is the first version of the SmartAccounts app. We want to incorporate as much customer feedback as possible into the next version, so Apple users will have to wait a bit to get the best possible experience. At the moment, the app can only be paired to a single company. Over time we will add new features and enhancements to the app but we need your feedback – email your great ideas to info@smartaccounts.eu. We can’t promise they’ll make it into the next version of the app but they’ll certainly affect our development plans.
