Purchase invoice side-by-side viewer

With the Pro plan, there is no need to download purchase invoice files separately. Simply clicking on a file opens it in a convenient side-by-side viewer directly next to the invoice details. You can still download the file at any time – either from the file list or by using the download icon in the viewer’s header.

In other plans, clicking on a file name will download it to your device, and the file will open in a separate window.

Where the side-by-side viewer is available:

  • Purchase invoices
  • E-invoice import
  • Pending purchase invoices

Note: A Pro plan subscription is required.

Supported file formats:

  • PDF (Except on Android devices, where clicking a PDF will trigger a download)
  • HTML & TXT
  • Images (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF)

Side-by-side vs. Top preview

The display layout adjusts automatically based on your screen resolution:

  • Screen width 1440 px or wider: The document opens in a side-by-side preview.

  • Screen width under 1440 px: The document opens in a top preview.

Please note: The way files are rendered in the preview depends on your browser settings, screen size, and the specific file properties.
