Bilnex
Bilnex is an application developed by Finbite for sending and receiving e-invoices and digitising PDF invoices. It also supports sending and receiving Peppol e-invoices.
In Bilnex, users can create sales invoices, receive e-invoices and upload PDF purchase invoices for digitisation.
Sales invoices created in Bilnex, received e-invoices and digitised PDF invoices are automatically transferred to SmartAccounts. The documents appear in the sales invoice and purchase invoice lists.
The integration is available with the SmartAccounts Pro package.
Activating the Bilnex integration
SmartAccounts
- Log in to SmartAccounts and go to Settings – Connected services.
- Activate the API service and enter the API keys in Bilnex.
- The API service is available with the Pro package. You can check your current package under Settings – Billing settings.
Bilnex
- Create an account in Bilnex.
- Activate the integration in Bilnex and enter your SmartAccounts API keys under Info & Settings – ERP connection.
