We have some great news for you – a new and simple report to help you fill in the annual report and its notes has been released and it’s called ‘Annual report help’. You can find this new useful tool under ‘Reports’ – ‘Other Reports’ – ‘Other’.
From this report you can obtain information about the cash accounts, tax liabilities, receivables and payables, changes in fixed assets, prepayments, sales by countries and accounts etc.
In some cases the data needs to be further processed in order to capture the exact economic state of the company.
The report presumes that large modifications haven’t been made to our default chart of accounts and you are using accounting practices which are in line with SmartAccounts’s principles.
If the information shown in the report is not enough in order to fill the note in the annual report you can use our main reports (‘Reports’ – ‘Balance sheet’ for example) or other reports (under ‘Reports’ – ‘Other reports’).
The report consists of the following items:
- Cash and cash equivalents
- Receivables and prepayments
- Accounts receivable
- Tax prepayments and liabilities
- Property, plant and equipment/ Intangible assets
- Labor expense
- Payables and prepayments
- Related parties
- Net sales
To prepare the report please go to ‘Reports’ – ‘Other Reports’ – ‘Annual year help’ and choose the right annual year period (by clicking the suitable year) or insert the dates manually. The detailed information block opens by clicking the link of the heading.
